Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use VoltLaunch to upload illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, harass other users, or attempt to disrupt the service. Violations may result in account termination.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You can cancel your subscription at any time. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to your launch sites. You grant us a license to host, display, and process your content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload your content.
Limitation of Liability
VoltLaunch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be removed within 30 days.
